How To Assign Temperature Load In ETABS & Sap2000 ?
In this tutorial, we want to assign the temperature load to the structure. The temperature load can be assigned to all or part of the structure both in the form of temperature increase and temperature decrease. The difference between Sap 2000 and ETABS is that in ETABS the temperature load can only be assigned uniformly, while in Sap 2000, the temperature load can be assigned in the member section (2-2 or 3-3) as well.
