Exquisite tender and very tasty cottage cheese cookies! In a few minutes, the curd cake is ready! It is prepared from the most available products, but it turns out a lot. Prepare two servings at once and in a few minutes you will be able to serve aromatic pastries with tea. Delicious, soft cottage cheese cookies. Everyone will be delighted!
To make cookies you will need.
RECIPE:
Cottage cheese – 250 grams;
Butter – 100 grams;
Egg – 1 piece (CO);
Sugar – 100 grams;
Flour – 200-250 grams;
Baking powder – 9 grams;
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon;
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon;
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Place cottage cheese, soft butter, egg, salt, vanilla sugar and half the total amount of sugar into a container. Mix into a homogeneous mass.
2. Add some of the sifted flour and baking powder, then add flour in portions and knead into a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
3. Divide the dough into two parts. Transfer to a bag and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, or in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
4. Lightly sprinkle the work surface and dough with flour. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with any remaining sugar. Roll into a roll and cut into equal pieces.
5. Place the pieces on a baking sheet with parchment at a distance from each other.
6. Bake in a preheated oven, up to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
7. Allow the finished cookies to cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
