QUICK shortbread cookies in 15 minutes. INEXPENSIVE recipe for dough with vegetable oil.
Everything will work out the first time, quickly for tea, simple and tasty! Anyone can make these cookies! Homemade, natural cookies! The main thing is that every housewife can find all the products, especially since everything has become very expensive lately. An excellent recipe for shortcrust pastry made with vegetable oil.
To prepare we will need:
RECIPE:
Egg – 1 piece (C1);
Sugar – 80 grams;
Vegetable oil – 80 ml;
Flour – 210 grams;
Baking powder – ½ teaspoon;
Vanilla sugar – 1/2 tsp. spoons;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
Sugar for sprinkling – 2-3 tbsp. spoons.
PREPARATION:
1. Pour the egg into the mixing container, add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix everything well with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
2. Then pour in vegetable oil. Mix it well into the mixture.
3. Add flour and baking powder to liquid products. Stir and collect the mixture into a lump. Cover with film and let stand for 12-15 minutes.
4. Then roll the dough into a sausage and cut into equal pieces. Dip each one in sugar and use a spoon to make a pattern.
5. Place the blanks on a baking sheet with parchment at a distance from each other.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. Don't dry out the cookies.
7. Ready-made cookies can be served immediately.
