    Recipe: Cottage cheese 200 grams; butter 150 grams; sugar 150; chicken eggs 3 pieces; flour 200 grams; Raisins 3rd. spoons; baking powder dough 1 tsp; vanilla sugar ½ tsp; pinch of salt, powdered sugar for powder 2st. spoons.

   Preparation: I put cottage cheese, sugar, butter at room temperature, chicken eggs in a blender, mix everything at low speed, gradually increase the speed. I shift the cottage cheese mixture to a bowl, pour some sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, stirring, add sifted flour in portions and finally pour the raisins, previously washed with hot water and dried with a towel. The whole mass is well mixed until smooth.

    In the silicone molds I spread the ready-made cottage cheese mixture in portions (forms without lubrication). I put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, it all depends on your oven, for baking until golden brown. Readiness cupcakes can be checked with a toothpick.

    I take the finished muffins out of the molds, sprinkle them on top with powdered sugar and serve with tea. Have a nice tea party !!!
