INGREDIENTS: for 6 servings
Chicken fillet - 300 grams;
Carrots - 135 grams (1 piece);
Sweet pepper - 130 grams (1 piece);
Fresh cucumber - 95 grams (1 piece);
Canned corn - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Semi-hard cheese - 50 grams;
Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Italian herbs - ½ teaspoon;
Salt and pepper - to taste.
HOW TO COOK:
1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool.
2. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
3. Remove the stem, seed box from the pepper and cut into small cubes.
4. Remove the stalk and tail from the cucumber, cut into strips.
5. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Boiled chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
7. Put chicken meat, carrots, peppers, cucumber, corn, cheese into a deep bowl, add spices and oil. Mix everything well.
8. Transfer the finished salad to a dish or salad bowl, serve. Bon Appetit everyone!
