1.) 90/90 Reset - 1 minute / side

2.) Quadruped Hip CAR's - 3/side

3.) Frog Stretch - 5 reps

4.) Cat Camel - 5 reps

5.) Kneeling Lateral Flexion (spine) - 5/side

6.) Kneeling T Spine Rotation - 5/side

7.) Squat Position End Range Lift Off (external rotation) - 3, 5 second lift off's / side

8.) Straight Leg Scoot - 15-30 seconds each direction

9.) Sneaking Ape - 30 seconds

10.) Duck Walk - 30 seconds
