Tim is 55 and is a savage, still played soccer, golf’s, and can whoop that ass of most 25 year olds!
He is focused on the quality of his life and he puts focus into the health, fitness, and performance of his body that takes him through life.
As always, programming is adjusted based on health history, injuries, training age, preferences, and of course - goals 🎯
