I saw this one a while back from @jonchaimberg and have used it for clients on the road when there’s not heavy enough DB’s to challenge that movement, or as a finisher like @wytia_peeples is doing here.
This is after a full body workout so legs were already smoked and we elevated the front foot and did just body weight 10-12 reps per side.
Each rep is 1/3 down, 2/3 down, full rep.
The 🔥 is real and Wytia wasn’t very fond of me after this. But gotta do it for the gains 😂
