Pullman Lofts is a transit-oriented housing project located adjacent to the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit station in Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad Square.
This project features 74 one and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,000 square feet. Units will feature smart-home technology. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, zen garden, gas fire pit, BBQ, clubhouse, dog wash station, bike storage, and a bike repair station.
