Saybrook Apartments is a 61-unit affordable multifamily housing project originally built in 1965. This extensive project includes building 27 new, affordable units in addition to renovating the 61 existing units across three two-story residential buildings and existing community building. Saybrook offers comprehensive care to move families from poverty to self-sufficiency.
