PRECISION was contracted to preserve and enhance this multifamily garden-style affordable housing community in Reno, Nevada. Healthy living improvements on ES&G fronts (environmental, social and green) were made while meeting the IECC energy requirement of gained efficiencies resulting from at least a 10% reduction of combined energy usage.
Thank you to Nevada Housing Division and development partners, Vintage Housing Development and Greenstreet Companies LLC, for entrusting the combined occupied renovation of 740 affordable rental units, across 3 communities in Reno.
