Stony Point Flats will be a new 50-unit affordable multifamily development in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa, CA.
Stony Point Flats will incorporate sustainable building design and practices wherever possible. The project will be held to California’s updated Title 24 requirements and achieve a NET ZERO ENERGY rating through the incorporation of 90 photovoltaic solar panels spanning the residential buildings' southern-facing rooftops. All lighting throughout the property and all appliances will meet Energy Star requirements.
