PRECISION is proud to announce the completion of Pony Express Senior Apartments in Vacaville, CA. We want to expressly thank our client, PEP Housing, the architect, Bob Hayes, and the numerous partners, subcontractors and teams who made this significant new-construction, multifamily project happen!
This 60-unit affordable housing complex is available to seniors and veterans, including 15 units set aside for seniors experiencing homelessness. The 1.82 acre site includes fifty-nine (59) one-bedroom units with 590 sq. ft. and one (1) two-bedroom Manager’s unit with 1,050 sq. ft.
The GreenPoint certified buildings will include a photovoltaic system, thermal solar water heaters, fully accessible community room with full kitchen, computer room, exercise room, raised community garden beds, and a large dog run.
To further serve seniors’ ability to “age in place,” an on-site Wellness Center will be added where healthcare professionals and community members can provide medical, dental or community services necessary for residents.
