Pesach is just around the corner so I thought to share a couple of my favourite Passover recipes and include them in my Cravings series. Cinnamon balls really throw me back to my childhood when I spent time in the kitchen with my mum preparing for this holiday. Even if you're not celebrating, these flourless cookies pair perfectly with your morning coffee, and last a long time too!

Recipe:
2 large egg whites
225g ground almonds
125g granulated or caster sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Dusting of icing sugar
Bake at 170°C fan/190°C no fan for 18-20 minutes
