The best part about making flapjacks, besides the eating of course, is just how easy they are to put together. From mixing the ingredients to baking, they can be ready in less that one hour!
You can get creative by adding additional seeds, raisins or nuts but I love these plain. Try them and let me know what you think in the comments below!

Recipe:
225g oats
120g butter
75g dark brown sugar
75g golden syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Bake at 160°C with fan or 180°C without fan for 18-22 mins until outer edges are golden brown
