You guys are loving these simple yet tasty recipes that I'm sharing for my cravings series. Madeleines are the perfect way to enjoy a small amount of cake without it being too heavy or sweet. I've made some lemon and some with raspberry and both are delicious! You can get creative with the decorating and dip the madeleines in chocolate too. Recipe below!

100g (2 medium) eggs
80g caster or granulated sugar
15g honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
90g flour
90g unsalted melted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
Refrigerate batter before baking
Bake at 170°C fan/190°C no fan for 8-10 minutes
Can last for 2-3 days at room temperature in an airtight container
