In this episode I'm showing you how to make traditional chocolate Krembos. You may not have heard of them, but definitely know what they are! A biscuity base topped with marshmallowy meringue dipped in a thin chocolate coating. This recipe is probably the most technical from this series, but so worth it! They are much tastier when you make them yourself!

Italian meringue recipe:
60g egg white
120g caster or granulated sugar
25ml water
Heat sugar and water to 118°C and pour into whisking egg whites
Chocolate coating recipe:
150g dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp coconut oil
