This is one of the favorite cakes of many. The classic version is, of course, larger, but with the addition of chocolate it is also very tasty.
✅ Ingredients for the cream:
🔺500 ml of milk
🔺150 g of sugar
🔺1 egg
🔺3 tbsp cornstarch
🔺 milk chocolate 300 g
🔺 whipping cream 300 ml
❇️Cooking:
We prepare the custard base in advance, as it should cool well, 3-4 hours, you can overnight.
Add egg, starch to sugar, stir.
Add milk, stir.
We put on the stove, stirring constantly, boil until thickened.
Add chocolate, boil for about a minute.
We cover in contact, cool.
We whip the cream.
We whip the custard base, it is not necessary for a long time.
We connect two masses.
✅ Ingredients for the dough:
🔺4 eggs
🔺300 g of sugar
🔺 butter 120 g
🔺cocoa 60 g
🔺 flour 430 g
🔺honey 130 g
🔺 soda 1.5 tsp + lemon juice 1 tsp
👩🍳Combine eggs, sugar, honey, soft butter, put on a steam bath.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add soda with lemon juice.
We mix flour with cocoa, we introduce liquid ingredients, not hot, it is not necessary to brew.
The dough is not dense, sticky, as it should be.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
We divide into 10 parts, or as you wish. I have a round shape, diameter 20 cm.
From scraps, 2 more cakes are obtained.
Roll out on parchment, sprinkle with flour.
Cut out the shape, prick.
190 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Cool the cakes, shift with parchment.
We collect the cake: put the cream on the bottom, cake-cream-cake and so on.
Top with cream.
Sprinkle with crumbs from the cakes.
Leave to soak overnight in the refrigerator.
