✅Ingredients:
🔺1 egg
🔺a pinch of salt
🔺50 g sugar
🔺10 g vanilla sugar
🔺100 g butter
🔺120 g sour cream
🔺320-350 g flour
🔺5 g baking powder
▫️Combine the egg, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and mix well.
▫️Add the softened butter and sour cream, and mix again.
▫️Sift the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.
▫️Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
✅Cottage Cheese Filling:
🔺200 g cottage cheese
🔺2 tbsp sugar
🔺30 g shredded coconut
🔺1 egg white
🔺1 tbsp cornstarch
▫️Combine all the ingredients, blend with an immersion blender, and transfer to a piping bag.
▫️Roll out the dough to 3 mm thick, cut out circles (6 cm in diameter), place the filling on top, and pinch the edges.
▫️Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk (1 yolk + 1 tbsp milk).
🔴Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
▫️Dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
