Ingredients: (23*10 cm pan) ###
🔺150 g of butter
🔺180 g of sugar
🔺1/3 tsp of salt
🔺Zest of 1 lemon
🔺3 tbsp of lemon juice
🔺3 eggs
🔺30 ml of milk
🔺170 g of flour
🔺5 g of baking powder
🔺200 g of blueberries + 1 tbsp of cornstarch

▫️Combine the softened butter, sugar, and salt.
▫️Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, and beat well.
▫️Add the 3 eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
▫️Add the milk.
▫️To the sifted flour, add the baking powder and mix in two portions.
▫️Toss the blueberries with cornstarch and fold them into the batter.
▫️Pour the batter into the pan.
▫️Sprinkle the top with streusel.

Ingredients for Streusel: ###
🔺20 g of flour
🔺20 g of sugar
🔺10 g of lemon sugar (you can use vanilla sugar or more regular sugar)
🔺20 g of chopped walnuts
🔺15 g of butter

▫️Combine the ingredients and rub them into crumbs.

🔴Bake at 170 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat without convection, for about 60 minutes.
▫️Cool in the pan.
