✅Ingredients: 23*18 cm mold
🔺250 g flour
🔺50 g cocoa powder
🔺10 g baking powder
🔺2 eggs
🔺1/3 tsp salt
🔺240 g sugar
🔺10 g vanilla sugar
🔺60 g butter
🔺60 g vegetable oil
🔺250 ml milk
🔺400 g plums
▫️Mix the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
▫️Whisk the eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar together, then add the melted butter, vegetable oil, and milk, mixing well.
▫️Combine the dry and wet ingredients to knead the dough.
▫️Cut the plums into small pieces and fold them into the dough.
🔴Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. Use the top and bottom heat setting, without convection.
▫️Let the pie cool in the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
