1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp fresh ginger and garlic paste
1 Tbsp plain thick yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
For the Yellow Rice
1 Cup basmati rice ( washed , rinsed and soaked for 20mins)
1 1/2 cup liquid ( chicken broth/veg broth or water)
2 Tbs butter or Ghee/oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
