One Michelin Star Nae:Um by Chef Louis Han - we dined at the private room (Hideaway) located above the restaurant - separate entrance!
Take note you have to walk up lotss of stairs, but the intimate setting is really cool (complete with a rest area, private washroom and close-up of the kitchen) - which is how i saw one of them DROP THE TENDERLOIN 💸
6 course HIDEAWAY menu $228++ (we chose this!)
8 course HIDEAWAY menu $268++
8 course NAEUM Episodic menu $268++
Private room min spend $2800++ tue-thur dinner/$3500 fri-mon dinner
Park at the Clift or Fraser Tower, walk about 5 minutes.
Overall, the food was not too stuffy, using great ingredients, presenting unique cooking ideas - yet still retaining a very hearty traditional Korean taste that we are all familiar with and love. eg: sesame oil flavour and fragrance. We really enjoyed every single dish and were hoping for more.
This is something young and old can all enjoy. I highly recommend this place! We chose the 6-course simply cos the 8-course just seemed to add more dessert which we really didn't need/couldn't care for.
Next time, I would love to give the main dining room a try :)
Love, Lav 💜
