What does a Small Group Personal Training session with 16 clients look like?

I shoot the videos and drop the programs so you can see how this plays out in the real world with clients from all walks of life.

My Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday small group averages around 16 clients while it can get to 20+ and the system is set to support that. With that said, for it to be effective and great, you have to coach your butt off and be focused (that’s the “secret” ingredient).

This was Thursdays session on the new program ⬇️

Block 1 - Strength/Power

▶️ Trap Bar Deadlift
▶️ Broad Jumps
▶️ High Incline DB Bench Press

Block 2 - Muscle Building

▶️ Sprinter Lunge to High Knee
▶️ 1 and 1/2 Rep Pike Pull Ups
▶️ Ab Thrusts

Block 3 - Conditioning

▶️ Threshold Intervals (shuttle runs)
