Been using this variation with my clients and while it’s tough (we’ll use the right or rope as assistance) it get a huge range of motion and keeps tension throughout the whole rep.
“Where do you feel this one?” - Everywhere!
It lights up the whole.
We used a DB on the offset side for two reasons:
1. Shift the hip to the opposite side and align her hips.
2. Add load.
@kimigirmus knocking this one out like a champ which is challenging with sets of 12.
