I wanted to start the glute building tips with something many people miss, which is that you MUST focus on using compounds lifts and progressively loading them over time, whether with more weight, more reps, time under tension.
But mechanical tension is a key to improved muscle size and strength and we've found that people that come to us that haven't used heavy weights, get stuck with their results. We make sure use the right exercise for the person so that they are safe but can still go heavy on the exercise.
Exercises like hip thrusts, deadlifts, squats, glute bridges, lunges, step ups etc. are great to use, rotate and continue progressively loading at different rep ranges.
