❇️Cooking:
Add sugar, vanilla sugar to hot milk, stir.
Add eggs to soft butter, stir.
Combine butter and sugar mixture.
Add salt and baking powder to flour.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, knead the dough.
The dough is not thick, as it should be.
We transfer the dough into a bag, send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
We roll out the dough, cut out the shape of the shortbread, I have a mold diameter of 9 cm.
We make cuts on top.
Lubricate with yolk.
180 degrees about 15 minutes.
