You can improve athleticism, get stronger, build lean muscle, and get “fit” for the task (whatever that task is).
Very few people want to just improve one thing (“build muscle” for example).
A quality program can improve multiple abilities when structured properly and combined with the right lifestyle and nutrition.
Here’s one of the strength days for @kimigirmus that incorporates multiple things 👇🏼
▶️ Elevated Front Loaded Reverse Lunge
▶️ Single Leg Low Hurdle Hop to Box Jump
▶️ Dead Stop Double KB Single Leg RDL
▶️ 1 and 1/2 Rep DB Shoulder Press (shoulder friendly angle)
▶️ Bowler Squats (high rep)
▶️ DB Shoulder Shocker
▶️ KB Swings to Squat Hold (density based)
Since the goal is to build more muscle in the shoulders in this phase, is why you see multiple shoulder exercises. On the other days there is more upper body pulling volume 😉
