🔺 lemon juice 1 tsp

✅Cream
🔺 Mascarpone cheese 200 g
🔺 cream 33% 200 ml
🔺 powdered sugar 60 g
👩‍🍳 Whip the cold cream to soft peaks, introduce the powder, beat, add the cheese. Combine the ingredients, do not beat for a long time. Transfer to a pastry bag.
❇️Assembling the cake:
We dip the cookies in strawberry syrup, put on the bottom of the mold, a layer of cream, slices of strawberries, again a layer of cookies, so we repeat as much as the shape and our own desire allow.
