I believe kettlebells are great tools to use in your training, especially since they're easy to have at home, and can be used to build strength, power, explosiveness, muscle, and conditioning; when programmed the right way using principles of adaptation.
In this video I wanted to share 25 exercises we use that help build power, explosiveness, deceleration, in multiple directions. You can add 1-2 of these exercises to your regular training session to start developing those abilities and spice up your training session.
