I hope you are having a good time today. Here is a much awaited part 5 video of a combinations of Standing Exercises and Kapal Bhati and Anulom Vilom Pranayam put together 20 minutes.
Standing Exercises will be comprised of 15 minutes followed by 1 minute kaapal Bhati, 1 minute anulom vilom and Om chantings of 6 counts.
Please let me know how you feel after doing this pranayam and yoga exercises.
