Fitify at Home Workout App Review
After trying literally hundreds of workout apps over several years I finally found Fitify. This workout app is the best at home app I have come across. There are tons of stock workouts with the options to create your own as well.
here are additional downloads to the base app to include any at home gym equipment you may have. So if you have dumbbells and want to do the default body weight workout and also use some dumbbells just selected the included dumbbell exercise button and it will mix in dumbbell exercises throughout.
