Barbara
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
3 minute rest

Give it a shot and post your finishing times!

This is my first attempt at one of the crossfit benchmark WODS: Barbara. I completed it in 39:11 (including the 12 minutes of breaks built into the workout). It was a fairly simple workout with minimal equipment required but after the third set or so it began to become difficult.
