Deadlift (225) and Handstand Pushups

First Attempt at the Diane WOD. This was a lot more difficult than I expected. The handstand pushups were a completly new movement to me ( I have never trained them at all) and this slowed me down alot.

I finished in 11 minutes 10 seconds for my first attempt.
According to WODWell times below I barely have a beginners time.

Good Times for "Diane" (estimate)
Beginner: 10-14 minutes
– Intermediate: 6-9 minutes
– Advanced: 5-6 minutes
– Elite: less than 4 minutes
