Nike Training Club Fitness App Review (10 Minute Ab Routine)
10 Minute at home abs workout with the free Nike Training Club app. Comparing the Nike fitness app with the Fitify fitness app that I have been using for months. Both apps are great apps but in the end, I think the Fitify App is a little more versatile, providing great workouts without getting too repetitive. The links to both are below.
