And just like that...we've come to the end of my series Cravings. My due date is fast approaching so this homemade honeycomb is the perfect snack to take with me to labour day for those extra bursts of energy!
This treat is also perfectly adequate for those not experiencing labour and jus love honeycomb of course! I love the balance of the dark chocolate with the sweet honeycomb. Try it out yourself, just be careful as it can get very hot!

Recipe:
190g caster or granulated sugar
110g golden syrup
7g bicarbonate of soda

Dark chocolate to decorate
