As someone who has struggled with back pain most of my life and had to rehab from a very bad back injury 7+ years ago, I've gone around the world and studied from the best of the best to learn and rehab fully. I've achieved that and can train and live pain free, if I take care of daily and weekly rituals that keep me there.

I've shared a lot in the past but want to keep putting out different protocols that have helped me. Here's 8 exercises that cover release, mobility and stability to keep my back and hips healthy and feeling great.

1. Rectus femoris/hip stretch w/ positional breathing and reach
2. Band resisted dead bug
3. Active glue stretch with PAILS/RAILS
4. McGill Curl Up
5. Body tempering adductor/hamstring release
6. Band resisted cat/camel
