Very moist and velvety lemon cake with simple ingredients that you can find at home. Tender, crumbly, incredibly tasty. It tastes like a birthday cake!
Ingredients:
200 g of sugar
2 teaspoons of lemon zest
113 g of softened butter
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
190 g of all purpose white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
120 ml of milk room temperature
Lemon Glaze:
50 g of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Bake at 170ºC/340ºF - 40-50 minutes or until done
Baking time depends on the size of your pan
