Let's make very simple soft apple cookies. These cookies are very tender and taste like buns. And it cooks very quickly.
Ingredients:
250 g flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
1+¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
113 g cold butter
120 ml heavy cream +1 tbsp for brushing
1 egg
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 apple
Bake at 200C (400F) for 15-20 minutes (depending on size) until lightly golden around the edges of the cookies.
