This is perhaps one of the simplest tartine recipes. The dough is easy to form, holds its shape well, is easy to work with, and is suitable for those who are just starting to bake with sourdough, and will pleasantly surprise those who already have experience with the taste. The bread turns out very tasty, reminiscent of Chad Robertson's tartine, but a softer and more tender version.
This bread has a very aromatic soft crumb, it has a very thin and crispy, but not hard crust. And it is very soft inside.
This tartine is well stored in a bag for several days and does not dry out. It goes well with soup, with morning sandwiches, and, thanks to its taste and pleasant texture, is also suitable as an appetizer for a festive table.

Ingredients:
250 ml water
150 g wheat sourdough starter 100% hydration
400 g white all purpose or bread flour11 - 12% protein
7 g salt

Bake at 230C (446F) 20 minutes with a lid + 20-25 minutes without a lid
