Today I am sharing a very simple recipe for homemade sourdough bread. The bread turns out fluffy, soft, with a good aroma. We will cook from three types of flour. And, as always, I tell you all the details so that everything works out for you.
Ingredients:
350 ml water
300 g all purpose or bread flour - 11.7-12.7 protein
150 g whole grain wheat flour
50 g rye flour
100 g wheat sourdough starter 100% moisture
12 g salt
Dough fermentation temperature 25-26C (77 - 79F)
Bake at 250C (482F) 20 minutes covered + 200C (392F) 25 minutes uncovered
