How to use Dictation and speech on Mac?
You speak out your notes on mac and it will covert your speech into text. There are to two choices to covert voice notes into text –
voice notes may be sent to Apple server for conversion to text.
and other choice is that your mac can do it locally, it does not need internet connection.
This can work on notes, word document, facebook or any other document on which you want to replace typing of text to voice notes getting converted to text as you speak.
This process of Dictation on mac works in hands free mode. There is a variety of language choice available. With the help of accessibility in system preferences you can also choose to control other commands through voice.
Example – Now I say to my mac – computer start dictation and it starts converting voice to text.
