Amplifi HD wifi router review | Mesh router from Ubiquiti labs
It’s been one month now that i have using Amplifi HD wifi router at my home. Here i present review of this wifi unit and mesh network that Amplifi HD uses.

Summary of review of amplifi HD wifi router:
Pros: Good for extended coverage of wifi especially because of mesh technology. You may also add additional mesh points on need basis. Router looks beautiful with no hanging antenas etc.
It’s a dual band router works on 5 GHz and 2.4 Ghz frequency.
Has good controls on separate wifi ssid on Guest work with password, Also allows for control on time duration for which guests can use the network.
Cons: USB port is reserved for future use, as of now not in working condition.
Price is on higher side, from a home user perspective, they are trying to place it in premium user category.
Verdict: Overall Amplifi HD is a good buy, amazing design, user interface of the app makes it not only easy to install but also ease to use the settings features, unlike the web interface which is quite complicated in most of the routers.
