How to customize your mouse cursor/pointer in Windows 10
There are variety of ways through which you can change cursor in windows 10. To start with you need to do this through mouse properties tab.
There are 3 ways to customize mouse pointer in windows 10.
Choose from pointer scheme which is there in Mouse properties.
Browse from the pointer options that are available in cursor folder in c drive.
Download mouse pointer designs from websites like the ones given below:

http://www.rw-designer.com/gallery
Note: If you choose 3rd option - then you must copy the cursor design in existing folder of cursor in c drive, otherwise post restart cursor will shift back to default.

Explorer window - c drive - windows.old folder - windows folder- cursor folder.
