Vesicoureteric Junction (VUJ) Calculus || Ultrasound || Case 72

Clinical Features:
A young patient came with acute severe right lower abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
A tiny bright echogenic structure without acoustic shadow is noted at the posterior wall of the urinary bladder at the level of the right vesicoureteric junction which does not move along the posture changing.
Color Doppler shows ‘Twinkling Artifact’ posterior to the structure.
