Severe Hepatic Steatosis | Grade III Fatty Liver || Ultrasound || Case 348

Clinical Features:
A 34-year-old obese male patient came with nonspecific abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
Grossly hyperechoic hepatic parenchyma with severe sound beam attenuation causing difficulty in visualization of intrahepatic vessels & diaphragm.

Remember:
CT & other radiological procedures may give better detail about the parenchymal lesion in severe hepatic steatosis than ultrasound.
