Video of my training of this Friday March 15th 2013. I'm doing a madcow 5x5 style of program for about 3 months now. Weights in this workout: 5x157,5kg Squat, 5x90kg Bench, 3x185kg Deadlift. Form went shitty on those Squats, keeping that right knee out is still an issue, but had to get my reps. Bench sucked, Deadlift back could have been straighter. Next Friday +2.5kg everywhere. Big goal remains the 200kg Squat for a single, I'm 10kg away from it. Working slowly but steady towards it, the turtle wins in the end.
