Here's the best workout I've found to get stronger:

Monday's workout - 140kg Squat for 5x5. I want to get this to 150kg/330lb for 5x5. My youngest brother is the guy in the video doing Deadlifts. He just started a couple of weeks ago and is extremely tight everywhere. Be gentle on his form, he's learning :-)
