Felt tired today, thought of just working towards a heavy single, but warmup felt surprisingly good so went for planned Squat weight anyway and ended up hitting a new PR. Just goes to show how you feel doesn't matter. Deadlift got the three reps I failed last week. Too much rounding to my liking though, might drop the weight next week or switch to doubles, will see. This was shot with my iphone btw, didn't take my camera because I wasn't expecting much today.
