It's #QuickTipTuesday and here's a good one for you:

When you create an emissive material and put it in a level, depending on the Exposure of the level, the emissive look will change which may not be desired by the effects artist.

To remedy this, in your material, divide the final emissive color by EyeAdaptation and no matter the exposure value, your emissive will look the same.
